Mother posts picture breastfeeding toddler in public – she finally responds to all the backlash

Trinati, a young mother, is challenging the stigma around breastfeeding in public by openly nursing her 17-month-old daughter wherever needed. “I never shy away from giving my children what they need,” she says. Despite enduring judgmental stares and even being directed into broom closets by store staff, she refuses to apologize.

To make her stance visible, Trinati asked her son to photograph her breastfeeding at Costco, explaining, “I never want to forget the lengths we, as mothers, will go to ensure our kids are cared for.” She posted the image on Instagram to advocate for normalizing public breastfeeding.

Critics, including friends and family, often ask, “How long will you do that?” Her answer: “As long as she needs me to!” Frustrated by the se xualization of breastfeeding, she insists, “Right now they belong to my child for nourishment.”

Her message is clear: breastfeeding is natural, not shameful, and certainly not se*xual.
